    Git for Snow Leopard

We are developing software and looking for a platform for sharing and versioning management. Considering suggestions coming from our fellow programmers, we decided to use Git.

    Git repository: GitHub, BitBucket, Unfuddle
Git Tools for Mac: like GitX, GitBox, Gitti.
    More about Git Tools here.
I’m giving Gitti a try for right now.

Here’s a useful link on how to install Git on Snow Leopard.

Still cannot connect GitX and Gitti to BitBucket.

Will post how to resolve it later.

    Back to VHDL

One of our papers is invited to an international journal, so in order to add new content of at least 30% to the conference version (further analysis, additional simulation/experimental results, detailed design/synthesis, further comparison with other related methods, a more elaborated discussion), we decided to do more exploration and experiments on composite field implementation with VHDL.

And I have to read this.

    Macbook: New Power Adapter

My almost-5-yo Macbook needs power adapter to be replaced this morning.

This happens because I pushed a table to keep the adaptor stick to the power outlet on the wall when I was working at the hospital 2 days ago.

Luckily the apple store have the stock ready

It’s charging and I’m ready to work 🙂

Phew. The macbook has gone through many things during the gradschool. What a long journey.
